Ah, this isn’t the virus you were thinking of. It is the boring old computer virus I’m speaking of. The latest edition of Focus on Thorverton is here. But note that it seems this file is giving false positive virus results if you use AVG or Avast as your virus scanner on your computer.
I have submitted the file to VirusTotal which tests against many virus scanners, and only AVG and Avast show it as infected. So it appears to be a false positive result for a virus. It doesn’t help if you do use one of those anti-virus packages, but if you can download the PDF file onto some other device like a tablet or smart phone that doesn’t use AVG or Avast, then you should be ok.
You could also take this as a warning to NOT download this edition of Focus and buy a paper copy.
